People Architecture Ministry Trust
A Spiritual Home for Conscious Seekers
People Architecture Ministry Trust exists because too many brilliant, seeking souls are wandering in spiritual exile. They've left churches that wounded them, but they haven't left their hunger for meaning, community, and transcendence. They're stuck between institutions that demand conformity and a secular world that ignores the sacred dimension of human experience.
We're the third option: substantive spirituality grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science, designed for people who think critically, question deeply, and refuse to shrink themselves to fit someone else's doctrine.
Founded in 2025 and based in Texas, PAMT serves a global community of seekers—particularly Black American professionals navigating life transitions, career plateaus, and the deep questions that surface when you realize you've been living someone else's blueprint.
We are a registered 508(c)(1)(A) nonprofit organization | EIN: 39-4838241
What Makes us different
We Bridge Science and Spirituality

About the Founder
Pastor Kerry Michael West: Architect of Spiritual Transformation
Pastor Kerry Michael West didn't come to ministry through traditional paths. His journey began in the depths of personal crisis—a long-term illness that stripped away everything he thought defined him and forced him to rebuild his life from the ground up. It was in that crucible of suffering and recovery that he discovered the profound truth that would become the foundation of his life's work: you are the architect of your own experience, and divine principles are the blueprint for transformation.
Ordained in 2017, Pastor Kerry bridges two worlds that rarely meet: the practical, evidence-based world of patient advocacy and life coaching, and the expansive, consciousness-centered world of New Thought Christianity. Working globally from his base in Amsterdam, Netherlands, he has spent years helping people navigate the most challenging transitions of their lives—recovery from serious illness, career pivots, loss of identity, and the deep existential questions that surface when life as you knew it falls apart.
A Ministry Born from Experience
People Architecture Ministry Trust emerged from a simple but powerful observation: traditional religion wasn't meeting people where they actually lived. Pastor Kerry watched too many brilliant, seeking souls—particularly Black Americans who had left or been wounded by institutional churches—wandering in spiritual exile. They craved meaning, community, and transcendence, but the available options felt either dogmatic and judgmental or superficial and extractive.
In 2025, Pastor Kerry founded PAMT in Texas with a radical vision: to create a spiritual home where ancient wisdom meets modern consciousness, where your divine nature is celebrated rather than questioned, and where practical tools for transformation replace empty platitudes about faith.
The People Architecture Philosophy
Just as an architect doesn't simply imagine a building but creates detailed plans, selects materials, and oversees construction, Pastor Kerry teaches that you must consciously design and build your life. This isn't positive thinking divorced from reality—it's the deliberate practice of aligning your consciousness with divine truth and taking inspired action based on your highest excitement.
Drawing from New Thought Christianity's emphasis on the creative power of thought, combined with his background in patient aftercare and recovery mindset, Pastor Kerry developed the People Architecture Framework™—a practical system for rebuilding your life after trauma, transition, or simply the realization that you've been living someone else's blueprint.
